Request a child seat or booster before booking and share the child's age. The suitable seat is confirmed subject to availability.

Waiting and additional stops are priced in the quote. For airport pickup, share the flight number and confirm delay-related terms with us in advance.
Quote and payment
We confirm the final price and inclusions before booking. Pay by card at the vehicle's POS, cash or bank transfer by arrangement. A receipt or invoice is available.

Can you collect us from the port?
Yes, once we agree the ferry details, timing and a safe meeting point.
Can we combine Gythio, Sparta and Mystras?
Yes. Request an itinerary with your stops and the time you would like at each place. Waiting and the return to Gythio must be included in the quote.
What details do you need for cruise pickup?
Send the vessel name, date, expected disembarkation time and required back-on-board time. We confirm the meeting point and itinerary with you.
Can we visit Monemvasia from a cruise in Gythio and return to the ship?
Spartans VIP Transfers can arrange a private Gythio–Monemvasia day trip when the ship’s timetable and vehicle availability allow. Send the ship name, expected disembarkation time and required back-on-board time. We agree pickup, visiting time and return before booking. If tender disembarkation is delayed, contact us to review the plan.
Before your transfer
A transfer to Gythio is different from having a vehicle available for the day. If you want to visit Sparta or Mani and return to your ship, request an itinerary with waiting time and a clear return deadline from the outset.
